11. Governing laws and jurisdiction
The interpretation of the Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. In the event of a dispute over the use or access of the Site(s) and/or the Terms, the competent courts of Thailand shall be the court of exclusive jurisdiction in the first instance unless otherwise specified.
These Terms or your use or access of the Site(s) does not constitute any partnership, employment or agency relationship between you and the Company.
