Ingredients
1) Shrimp Sauce (Welna Brand): 200g
2) Coconut milk: 100ml
3) Water: 100ml
4) Sliced onion: 100g
5) Curry powder: 20g
6) Grated garlic: 1 tea spoon
7) Grated ginger: 1 tea spoon
8) Fish sauce: 1 tea spoon
9) Cooking oil: 1 tea spoon
10) Shrimp: 4 pieces 11

1) Pour the cooking oil in the frying pan and stir fry sliced onion until it until it becomes wilted.
2) Add grated garlic, grated ginger and curry powder in 1) and stir fry until aromatic.
3) Add water, coconut milk and fish sauce in 2) and stew.
4) Grill or fry the shrimp.

2) Chopped onion: 100g
3) Salted butter: 20g
4) Wheat flour: 30g
5) Milk: 160ml
Batter
1) Wheat flour: 20g
2) Milk: 60ml
3) Bread crumbs: Proper quantity
4) Cooking oil: Proper quantity

1) Shrimp Sauce (Welna Brand): As much as you likeCooking method

1) Heat the butter in the sauce pan.
2) After the butter is melted, add wheat flour and chopped onion and stir fry.
3) Add milk little by little, until it gets smooth.
4) Add Shrimp Sauce (Welna Brand) and mix, then turn the heat off.
5) After cooling down, shape the croquette.
6) Mix wheat flour 20g and milk 60g in a bowl.
7) Put the wheat flour on 4), put it in 5) and coat with bread crumbs.
8) Deep fry with 180℃ cooking oil.
9) Pour the sauce on top of the croquette.

2) Peeled shrimp: 160g
3) Chopped onion: 100g
4) Starch: 5g
5) Grated garlic: 1 tea spoon
6) Egg white: 1 piece
7) White bread: 3 slices
8) Cooking oil: 200 – 400ml
9) Coriander: As much as you like

1) Mince the peeled shrimp by food processer, add chopped onion and put them in the bowl. Be careful not to mince the shrimp too much.
2) Add Shrimp Sauce (Welna Brand), starch, grated garlic and egg white in 1), and stir well.
3) Cut white bread slice into 4 pieces, put 2) and coriander and lightly press.
4) Pour the cooking oil in a frying pan and heat. (180℃)
